January Childbirth Education Program 2015

HypnoBirthing is a comprehensive yet easy to follow childbirth education program that teaches you and your birth companion everything you need to prepare for the arrival of your baby.

Structured over a 5 week program you will learn self-hypnosis, breathing and relaxation techniques, visualisation as well as education surrounding your pregnancy, labour and birth so that you feel confident about the birth of your baby. Preconceived fears and concerns surrounding childbirth will be eliminated and replaced with optimism, excitement and positivity.
