Melinda Olliver is a Dietitian, the founder of She Oak Nutrition and is absolutely obsessed when it comes to gut health, hormonal health, womens health and all areas of fertility!! She has a passion for helping women through the preconception into pregnancy journey; supporting them in pregnancy and nourishing them in the Postpartum. So I felt it was absolutely fitting to have her extensive knowledge feature on this show.
