In episode 13 of the podcast we chatted with Cat McArthur on “Pelvic Organ Prolapse (POP) and our Pelvic Floor” and we received a tonne of feedback from this episode! So we opened up the doors for any questions anyone has related to their pelvic floor and prolapse and suffice to say we got an entire episode worth, so here they are. Your questions answered.

Cat McArthur
Cat is a Gold Coast based Physiotherapist with additional training in Pelvic & Continence health. Drawing on her own experience as an Olympic athlete, Cat strives to work with her clients to ensure they are working towards their own goals and providing them with the tools in which they need to prevent injury throughout all stages of life. Educating and empowering others in order to become the master of their own bodies and health is how Cat practices as a physiotherapist. Cat loves to work in all settings – practicing out of two clinics in Robina and Tweeds Heads, taking community-based exercise classes and offering home visit physiotherapy appointments as well as telehealth to ensure patients can access good quality healthcare in any environment they choose.
