Episode 19-Real Food for Pregnancy with Lily Nichols RDN, CDE

When it comes to book recommendations for pregnancy there is 1 book that makes my TOP recommendation to read and that is real food for pregnancy by Lily Nichols.

When it comes to nutrition in pregnancy we are often told what NOT to eat, but rarely what we SHOULD and NEED to actually nourish our bodies and our babies as well as minimise a range of pregnancy and neonatal complications. Lily Nichols books – Real Food for Gestational Diabetes and Real Food for Pregnancy are by far the most evidence based and meticulously researched pregnancy nutrition books I have ever read! If you are wanting to be informed on what to eat then this is the episode for you!!

AND.. in this episode Lily gives us a sneak peak into her third book Real Food for Fertility, which hits publication today!!! And lastly, if you are wanting to get your hands on a free copy of Real Food For Pregnancy then head over to my Insta page @the_pregnancy_collective to see how.
